Zheng, XueCheng, Founder and Managing Director
Zheng, XueCheng is a senior consultant and Managing Director of Karma International Limited, an Asia-based executive search firm actively covering Greater China market. Prior to founding Karma International in 2005, he was a senior consultant of Egon Zehnder International a privately held executive search firm since 2001. He specializes in the recruitment of chief executive officers and other senior executives for both multinational corporations and leading Chinese companies.
Previously, XueCheng was a Corporate Officer, Vice President and Great China Regional Manager of InterGen, a Boston-based global energy investment company jointly owned by US-based Bechtel Corporation and Royal Dutch Shell. Prior to that, he held many senior management and professional positions with Bechtel Corporation since 1986.
XueCheng completed his Bachelor of Law degree from Fudan University and became an International Editor at Shanghai-based Wen Hui Bao Daily, a major Chinese national newspaper. He then moved to the US and obtained his MSFS degree from the School of Foreign Service of Georgetown University in Washington D.C.
